High performance is about what’s going in internally within the leader, externally with and between others the leader is collaborating with and influencing, and within the context of the business and organizational system.
The sweet spot is in the middle when all 3 aspects are aligned.
How I coach is connected to desired changes at three levels:
- the individual executive or intra-personal level
- the interpersonal level, and
- the strategic or organization level.
The premise is that changing behaviour at any of these levels can drive changes that will impact business and individual results.
