What Is It?
The objective is to coach the relationship dynamic between two leaders resulting in the creation of a relationship contract on how they will work together, particularly when under stress and disagreement. If two leaders are unable to partner constructively, they dampen the productivity of the broader team.
There are predictable behaviours that almost pre-ordain the toxicity of a relationship. Through educating the two leaders on what these are, they can design how they will be when they show up between them.
By definition this will improve the productivity of the relationship – more alignment, less resistance and so on leading to getting the most important things done faster.
The leader can then bring this knowledge to other relationships at work and within their own teams.
